Throughout my career in the private sector I was involved in developing and delivering presentations. Since founding Greenhill Consulting in 2002 I have extended that to encompass workshop design and delivery which I employ for a wide range of purposes. Examples include 2-day workshops about how to start a business, short workshops on a range of different business-related subjects such as marketing and business planning, and even short courses on basic IT skills.
Apart from being a specific service that I offer, workshop design and delivery, together with presentation skills, are valuable attributes I can apply to my other services when required.
