Interim Management
Maintaining business momentum
It’s often said but true nevertheless that people are any organisation’s greatest asset and largest overhead. When they are not working effectively and with a degree of personal satisfaction productivity drops and business suffers. Similarly, a project can only be truly successful when it is delivered to time and to budget.Consequently, when a management role is vacated for whatever reason, it becomes important to fill it as quickly as possible with someone who is able to maintain business momentum. Often there is a need to deliver a specific piece of work but nobody available from within the organisation with the time and ability to fill the gap. Interim managers provide the solution in such circumstances.
Although the specific requirements of each situation may be very different in many ways, there is a common need across private, public and voluntary sectors for sound business-like thinking coupled with excellent people and project management ability.
