Founded in 2002, GCL is the company through which Chris Greenhill has delivered a range of successful projects and assignments for businesses ranging from 1 to 100,000 employees in the private, public and voluntary sector.

Businesses often operate in a complex and fast-moving environment where capability, flexibility, adapability and effectiveness are key requirements for providers of consultancy services to ensure their customers achieve tangible value from them. My aim is to offer clear, balanced and objective thinking matched by efficient, reliable and effective delivery. I believe that my breadth of experience brings insights that increase the value of my offering to my customers. The comments from my customers suggest I'm on the right track.

Usually services are delivered by me alone. Sometimes, I call on a network of trusted associates whose skills complement mine to achieve my clients' objectives. Always, I personally manage an assignment to ensure quality is to my exacting standards.

My varied experience and ongoing commitment to diversity in the work that I do has enabled me to use my personal skills in a range of ways, all of which are about managing and developing businesses. The core services I offer are:
